COLLEGE NIGHT!

Ok, so I have been hounded this week by the girls to update the blog. I actually had no idea they even checked it. So let's start with the recent...

Tonight, BYU played ISU and I just happened to be the center official. I figured it would be a perfect time for the girls to watch a good college game (and actually watch this time), just to see the difference in the level of play, and hopefully learn a thing or two. Yes, I was smart enough to have homework for them to keep them focused. I want to say... mission accomplished. I sure liked the "half time add ons" kids. :)

Footwork, Goals, and Massive Confusion

Finally!!! Our first training session! It was a blast, and quite entertaining. It took some time getting homework squared away (we love you Vidal & Hunter), but eventually we all ended up on the same page.

I would like to officially welcome everyone to our team blog. I am excited to be the new Head Coach of the Avalanche 97 Black team, and I look forward to this new adventure with you all.

SOL FC 2010-2011

The first practice will be Thursday, June 10th from 5:30-7:00, followed by a brief parent meeting at Nibley Elementary. Please bring a copy of each player's birth certificate. We will also be ordering training t-shirts that day, so if you are unable to attend the practice or meeting, make sure you get a hold of me or Ginafer Low to place your order. Ginafer will also be going over the new online registration system and will have instructions for each player. I can't wait to see what this new year has to bring.
